A 5 week group sugar detox and nutrition 101 program! This is a jumpstart program to learn more about ingredients (secret sugars), digestion, blood sugar regulation, quality fats, and how these all affect your body!

*if you would like to add an HTMA lab test for a bio-individual approach you are welcome to! Additional cost is $200.

WEEK 1: We will meet and talk about preparation and whole nutrient dense foods. We will go over the materials and answer any questions and prep for the sugar detox!

WEEK 2: We start the sugar detox and also dive into learning about digestion and how to support our digestion.

WEEK 3: We continue with the sugar detox while learning about blood sugar and how to keep it stable.

WEEK 4: Our last week on the sugar detox and we dive into fats and how they support and affect the body.

WEEK 5: We will be finished with our sugar detox and we will celebrate and talk about how to move forward with a balanced lifestyle of being able to indulge but fuel our bodies to feel good! We will have a healthy relationship with food and more knowledge about how food affects our bodies.
